Renewal & Renovation
The Renewal & Renovation division manages projects that are typically, though not exclusively non-capital. We are focused on renovations of existing spaces as driven by customer requests and renewal of building infrastructure (to include MEP and building envelope) as driven by deferred maintenance needs. We also do a fair amount of Grounds and exterior improvement work. Our focus is on the academic side of the University.
